If a package is shown as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier and then notify us once you have proceeded with all steps with them using the contact us form https://tantrummerch.com/contact/

If it is determined that the package is lost due to mis-delivery by the carrier, we will replace your order

If the package is lost due to an incomplete, or incorrect address, we can not offer refunds or exchanges – all customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. In the event that a package is returned to us, you will pay an additional shipping fee in order for the package to be sent out again, if within 30 days from shipping date. 

If you encounter any shipping issues, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the matter. Please note that Tantrum Merch is not responsible for initiating communication regarding returned items.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Ask your neighbors or local post office – Sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong mailbox or left with a neighbor.
Allow extra time – Standard shipping estimates are a guideline; delays of a few days (or even weeks during peak seasons) are possible.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order because it’s delayed?
A: Once an order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change it. If the package is lost or undeliverable, we will work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement/refund if necessary.

If you refuse to pay the customs duties or taxes levied by your country’s customs office, the shipment may be returned to TantrumMerch.com. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, and any additional charges incurred , if applicable. Order may not be refunded.

We include all necessary documentation required for customs clearance with international shipments. If you have any specific requests or require additional documentation, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

Unfortunately, delays in customs clearance may occur and are beyond our control. Your shipment will take longer to deliver as international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures. In rare cases, it may take 6-8 weeks to deliver.

If an item is in stock, your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. The delivery time after processing will vary based on the shipping address. Currently, delivery times vary between 2 to 7 business days within the United States. 

For international orders, shipments may take longer. In rare cases, it may take 6-8 weeks to deliver. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause unexpected delays. 

Once an item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. In special circumstanced, tracking numbers may not be available. 

Pre Orders

We are in constant contact with our vendors to ensure that each release date is as accurate as possible. However, the dates listed are only an estimate. As such, the date may change due to reasons beyond our control. If the pre-order date does change, we will update the product listing and will do our best to notify all customers affected by the change.
